“He’s a vegan and he is depressed.” That’s SBF’s argument for release from custody. “The dog ate my homework” is a better argument. 

On the other hand, since he was SERIOUSLY self-medicating, his argument is probably technically true – even if not particularly persuasive.

Since he is such an icon among Democrats (how many election-outcomes were affected by the tens of millions of stolen money he donated?), who control the entire judicial/prosecutorial apparatus in America right now (other than the Supreme Court – for the first time in almost 90 years!), I’m half-surprised they didn’t buy the argument and let him stroll off into the sunset. 

After all, they could’ve counted on corporate network “news,” the New York Times, the Washington Post, AP, Reuters, etc., all the social media companies and their platforms, all their instruments for controlling “information” in the country, to simply DISAPPEAR the story, just like they did with the Black career-criminal racist who murdered those people at the Christmas parade in Waukesha a year ago – as they do with ANY story that interferes with the “narratives” they fabricate to promote their Marxist agenda, like all the murders of black people by other black people, murders which never make the “news” AT ALL, murders which have MASSIVELY INCREASED since their attack, deploying their front group, the BLM Marxists, their massive attack on police, fraudulently claiming that it is THE POLICE, and not the criminals in the country, who are the source of all crimes – instead of the solution to it, as anyone with half a brain knows is the case – that massive assault on all police (Including actual, terrorizing murders of multiple police without a single whimper from any of them), all of which was combined with their despicable, still-ongoing, Marxist anti-American and, yes, RACIST attack on the soul of the nation itself, fraudulently claiming that America, THE LEAST-RACIST COUNTRY ON THE PLANET, is, according to them inherently and completely racist and must, “accordingly,” be leveled to the ground, all of that following the death in police custody of the career-criminal George Floyd, who they have declared to be a martyred saint.

After all, the “Justice” department is SO much more concerned with fabricating arguments against President Trump and anyone who supports him, imprisoning people without bail for committing misdemeanors if they happened to be in the Capitol, or even were THINKING about it (thought crime is ALWAYS the completely-unforgivable sin to Marxists), on January 6, 2021, inventing “crimes” President Trump supposedly has committed even though he doesn’t make a SINGLE MOVE without consulting with dozens of lawyers, criminalizing any legal challenge to elections themselves (but only if their chosen candidates “win;” otherwise, contesting them becomes MANDATORY for them) and the passage of power from one administration to another, than in actually protecting Americans from actual criminality. 

You can’t make this stuff up.
